Overview
BP2853XJ is a step-down LFD constant current driver chip. The chip operates in the critical continuous mode of inductor current, and is suitable for non-isolated buck LED constant current power supply with full range of input voltages of 85Vac-255vac. Chip ROVP pins with Ena>le function, suitable for D switch color adjustment and induction lamp applications.
The BP2863X chip integrates a 500V power switch, adopts extreme desensing technology but high-voltage JFET power supply technology, which eliminates the need for VCC capacitors and start-up resistors, making its peripheral devices simpler and saves the cost and volume of the peripheral.
The BP2863X chip adopts built-in high-precision current sampling circuit and constant current control technology to achieve accurate IFD constant current output and excellent line voltage adjustment rate. The chip operates in the critical mode of inductor current, and the output current does not change with the inductive amount and LED operating voltage, achieving excellent load adjustment rate.
BP2853XJ has multiple protection functions, including LED short-circuit protection, chip power supply undervoltage protection, external 0VP, chip temperature overheating verbs, etc. The BP2853XI is available in ASOP7 package.
