Distribution Terminal Block Series 2216 with Push-Button

The distribution terminal block, item number 2216-8033, enables a clean, tidy electrical installation. Stripping lengths of 18 to 20 mm are required for conductor connection with this distribution terminal block. Distribution terminal blocks allow for extremely compact potential distributions using just one terminal block. Their design allows for the connection of larger conductor cross-sections on one side and several smaller conductor cross-sections on the other. In addition to potential distribution, these terminal blocks can also be used for potential collection. This product is based on Push-in CAGE CLAMP® and Push-in CAGE CLAMP® technology. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® connection technology is the universal connection for all conductor types with the added benefit of direct plugging. Rigid conductors as well as stranded conductors with ferrules can be plugged directly into the terminal block without the need for tools. The dimensions (width x height x depth) are (12.8 x 87 x 43.5) mm. Depending on the conductor type, this distribution terminal block is suitable for conductor cross-sections from 0.5 mm² to 16 mm² on one side and for conductor cross-sections from 0.5 mm² to 6 mm² on the other. This feed-through terminal block is operated by a push-button.
