Distribution Terminal Block Series 2216 with Push-in CAGE CLAMP®
This distribution terminal block has the item number 2216-8031 and ensures seamless electrical installation. Stripping lengths of 18 to 20 mm are required for conductor connection with this distribution terminal block. Distribution terminal blocks allow for extremely compact potential distributions using just one terminal block. Their design allows for the connection of larger conductor cross-sections on one side and several smaller conductor cross-sections on the other. In addition to potential distribution, these terminal blocks can also be used for potential collection. This product uses both Push-in CAGE CLAMP® and Push-in CAGE CLAMP® technology. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® connection technology ensures perfect connection of all conductor types. The added benefit of direct plugging allows for the connection of conductors with sufficient kink resistance, as well as fine-stranded conductors with ferrules, without the need for tools. The dimensions are (width x height x depth) (12.8 x 87 x 43.5) mm. Depending on the conductor type, this distribution terminal block is suitable for conductor cross-sections from 0.5 mm² to 16 mm² on the one hand and for conductor cross-sections from 0.5 mm² to 6 mm² on the other.
