Traditional wide-angle LEDs often suffer from issues such as reduced brightness at wide angles, significant light decay at the edges, and uneven light distribution. To compensate, the industry typically resorts to denser LED placement or the addition of secondary optical components-approaches that complicate system design and drive up material and assembly costs.

Addressing these industry pain points, Hongli Zhihui has launched an upgraded, ultra-wide, uniform-light Ceramic 3535 LED, overcoming the technical limitation where "wider angles inevitably mean lower brightness." By optimizing the optical distribution structure, the LED achieves a 150° symmetrical, ultra-wide beam pattern. This significantly expands the illuminated area while maintaining a total luminous flux comparable to standard 120° Ceramic 3535 LEDs-delivering wider coverage without sacrificing brightness or intensity. The product range covers the full 450nm–730nm wavelength spectrum, as well as white light across all color temperatures.

Through precise optical tuning, the white-light version delivers uniform light output across a full -75° to +75° range. It is free from glare and edge-related light decay, producing a smooth, soft light pattern. This eliminates issues like uneven brightness layering or patchy, fragmented illumination in large-area lighting applications, while also removing the need for secondary diffusion lenses and simplifying overall system design.
