Overview
BP6513GR is a high-precision constant voltage and constant current control chip. Suitable for non-isolated power supplies with full range of input voltages of 85Vac~265vac. The BP6513GR chip adopts unique voltage and current control technology, and does not require loop compensation capacitors to achieve excellent constant voltage and constant current characteristics, greatly saving system cost and volume. The BP6513GR chip adopts PWMPFM multi-mode control technology, which can effectively reduce system standby power consumption, improve efficiency and dynamic performance, and reduce the noise of the system when working at light load.
BP6513GR has multiple protection functions, including output open circuit/short circuit protection, chip power supply undervoltage/overvoltage protection, cycle-by-cycle current limit, overtemperature protection, etc.
The BP6513GR is available in SOP-7D package.
